Born and bred in Liverpool, Dave has over twenty years of experience in the industry and has worked for some well known architects, amongst them famous names such as Foster and Partners, BDP (Building Design Partnership) architects and for Liverpool based Falconer Chester Hall architects. Dave has had a major involvement in the regeneration of his hometown, including the redevelopment of Queen Square, Temple Square and Liverpool ONE (Grosvenors £1bn redevelopment).

Dave set up SNOW architects ltd with his business partners, in order to provide Clients with a high quality personal service. The practices projects range from luxury house extensions, one-off properties, multi-million pound developments for clients such as Iliad Group, BPS Developments Ltd and Hope Street Properties Ltd.

The practices £8.5m flagship development is the construction of 61No. apartments at Lever Court, Duke Street, Liverpool for the Iliad Group.

SNOW architects ltd has recently submitted a planning application for a mixed use development of retail, hotel and multi-storey car park also in Duke Street.
