SNOW architects usually submit applications on behalf of their Clients for extensive extensions, but, this week we assisted a Client compile an objection to an application by a neighbour to build a large extension to their £2m property. The proposed extension would have a considerable overbearing effect on our Clients house and would also cause a nuisance. Using our software we were able to construct a sketch-up model to illustrate the effect of the extension on our Clients property.
Couple this with the extensive knowledge of planning policy we managed to make a cast iron case for the planning application to be deferred to committee and to a site visit.
